F-GEO is a modern company that operates a fleet of special purpose vessels.
We provide a wide range of services related to the oil and gas industry (exploration, drilling, installing platforms, subsea construction, pipelines and cables works, support and maintenance), offshore wind industry (transportation, installation and maintenance), dredging, marine seismic survey.
The vessels we manage are equipped with a huge amount of specialized equipment, depending on the field of work:
- Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV);
- Diving Bell;
- Decompression Chambers;
- Dynamic positioning systems of DP classes I, II, III;
- 4-point, 8-point mooring systems;
- towed streamer systems (seismic receiving braids), for recording seismic data, their binding and processing in 2D and 3D
We work in various parts of our planet: the North Sea, West and East Africa, the Persian Gulf, waters near Australia, Brazil, Malaysia, the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean.
Our employees undergo all mandatory maritime training. In addition to basic maritime certificates and documents, sailors, engineers, and officers undergo additional special training. The BOSIET course is mandatory for all positions of our crew. The sailors took DP Induction & DP Advanced courses to work on a ship with a Dynamic Positioning system. Mechanics and electromechanics have certificates – Maintenance of DP System и High Voltage training.
